TERMS OF SERVICE
COMPLETE PLATFORM SERVICE AGREEMENT
Preface
This complete Terms of Service is a unified legal and normative agreement applicable to all platform service scenarios, covering user access, account use, function experience, content release, interactive operation and all other platform-related behaviors. The purpose of this agreement is to standardize platform service operation standards, constrain user usage behaviors, clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, and ensure that all platform services are carried out in a standardized, orderly and transparent manner. All platform users shall strictly abide by all clause contents during the service use cycle.
Chapter 1 – User Qualification & Service Scope
All users who complete platform access and meet basic usage conditions can obtain the right to use platform public services. Users shall guarantee that their use of platform services complies with public network norms and platform rules, and shall not use platform services for any illegal or improper purposes. The platform’s service scope includes all publicly opened functional modules, interactive channels and resource services, and the specific service content is subject to the actual functions displayed on the official page.
Users shall not transfer, delegate or resell their platform service usage rights to any third party without official written permission. For personalized service permissions obtained by users through independent operation, the platform maintains the final management right, and can standardize and adjust abnormal permission usage behaviors according to operation rules.
Chapter 2 – Standard User Usage Behaviors
Users must standardize all operation behaviors in the process of using platform services. It is strictly prohibited to use plug-ins, scripts, automatic programs and other technical means to conduct batch operation, simulated operation and malicious operation on platform functions. It is prohibited to crawl, copy, intercept and disseminate platform exclusive resources and public data without authorization. It is prohibited to publish malicious comments, abusive information, false content and other inappropriate information that disrupt the platform atmosphere.
Users shall be solely responsible for all content released through the platform. If the user’s released content causes platform operation obstacles, public interest losses or third-party right disputes, the user shall independently bear all corresponding responsibilities and solve subsequent dispute problems. The platform has the right to delete and shield all non-compliant content and record the user’s violation behavior.
Chapter 3 – Platform Service Operation & Optimization
The platform undertakes to maintain the stable operation of basic services, ensure the normal use of core functions, and regularly carry out technical maintenance, system upgrade and experience optimization. In order to ensure the overall service quality, the platform may carry out temporary service suspension and function debugging in a non-peak period, and will make public announcements in advance for large-scale service adjustments.
The platform reserves the right to adjust service contents, optimize functional structures and update service rules according to market changes, technical iteration and user demand changes. All updated service rules will take effect after public display, and users’ continued use of services will be deemed as recognition of the new agreement clauses.
Chapter 4 – Violation Supervision & Handling Mechanism
The platform implements full-process supervision on user usage behaviors, and adopts hierarchical handling mechanisms for different degrees of non-compliant behaviors. For minor unintentional violations, the platform will adopt reminder and guidance measures to help users standardize operations. For repeated violations, intentional malicious damage to platform order and serious non-compliant behaviors, the platform will take restrictive measures such as function limitation, permission suspension and permanent service termination.
All violation handling records will be retained in the platform system, which will be used as the basis for user service qualification assessment and subsequent service management. The platform’s violation handling standards are unified and open, and there is no differential treatment for any user.
Chapter 5 – Risk Division & Final Interpretation Right
All network environment risks, personal operation risks and subjective decision-making risks arising from users’ use of platform services shall be borne by the users themselves. The platform does not bear joint responsibility for any user personal losses caused by non-platform technical problems and user improper operations.
These service terms are the final unified norms for platform services, and the platform reserves the final right of interpretation and revision of all clauses. All unmentioned service scenarios and behavioral norms shall be implemented in accordance with platform public operation rules.
